Questions about which course to start with, how access works, or something that has gone wrong with an order: write to us and a person will answer.
We usually reply within one working day. If you are asking about an order, include the reference shown on your order page so we can find it quickly.

The chat button sits at the bottom right of every page. A person reads it and replies right there; leave your email if you might close the page before the answer arrives.

Choosing a course? The Before you start page maps where you are now to a first course, and Tracks works out how many weeks a shelf takes at your pace.
Waiting for access? Access details are emailed within one working day of payment. Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order reference.
Refunds and cancelling? Your rights are set out in the cancellation section of our Terms.
